2) Changing Attitudes and Reputation

The local and national government has had enough of the town’s sleazy image, and have worked tirelessly to clean up the town’s international reputation. The local news is constantly reporting on the closure orders being slapped on bars and clubs falling foul of the new regimes decency standards.
