New York City is a massive metropolitan city in the USA, and one of the most famous cities in the world at that. Unless you live in the city for years, it would be impossible to see everything it has to offer. From shows on Broadway to epic 360 degree views, the city of New York really never sleeps, and we can understand why.

Take an early morning bike ride around one of the most famous parks in the world, Central Park. Surrounded by a concrete jungle, this garden oasis in the middle of a mega city is much appreciated. You will see sculptures, lakes, street performers and other random things along the way


Radio City Music Hall

The American epitome of a theater is none other than Radio City Music Hall. Since the 1930’s this paramount theater has been entertaining patrons for years and years, and much of its legacy is thanks to the Rockettes.

Is there really anywhere else to see a Broadway show? Don’t even think about the answer the question because the best broadway show is of course in New York City. Shows like “Chicago” and “Mary Poppins” are no doubt a way to make sure your trip is complete with the very essence of of what the city is.

This will take up an entire day alone. The magnificent Met is museum that is unrepresented and holds some of the world’s finest and most exquisite art. It’s a massive complex spanning decades of artists and sculptures to gaze upon.

Here is where you can see everything the city has to offer from a birds-eye view. Take the trip up to the the 70th floor of the Rockefeller Plaza‘s observation desk and gaze in awe over the city. The Empire State building is visible from here and there is a 360 degree view to enjoy. After you’re done, make your way down to the bottom to have a chill ice skating session with your friend and family.

On the list could be a thousand things, but to combined a few of the most popular and significant sites in the city, you should certainly take the ferry over to the Statue of Liberty for a humbling experience. The World Trade Center Memorial to remind yourself of the that fateful day, as well as Ellis Island and any other significant and historical landmarks you might be interested in.

Fifth Avenue

This is the posh and pretty part of town and you should probably get the credit card ready. Shop on the famous streets, set your eyes on something luxurious, and have a fancy coffee at an uptown bistro. You earned your time here so enjoy your city break to New York while you are here.

If it’s New Year’s, you will probably be in the area, if not, you should still go. The theater district of the city and the “crossroad of the world” is what is in Time Square. Plenty of bars, shopping, and restaurants line the streets too, you could walk around here for a long time.
